We were recently engaged to review, scope, and redesign a bespoke 36-camera CCTV network across five sites, including Australind and Harvey, to improve the network’s size and effectiveness. Our design was put to tender, and BTS was selected as the successful bidder.
This project required precise project management to meet tight deadlines, with just under six weeks from the date of order to practical completion. BTS was one of the very few local companies with the resources to commit to and successfully deliver within this timeframe.

Post-tender analysis confirmed complete satisfaction with all tender criteria, and the Shire’s IT Manager affirmed that BTS met or exceeded all project expectations.
